Description
Are You Running Your Business, or is Your Business Running YOU?
Are you a manager, owner, Founder or CEO of an entrepreneurial organization, yearning for consistent growth and improved operations? Even the most accomplished entrepreneurs can find business management more challenging than anticipated, often investing long hours with minimal return. If these challenges resonate with you, rest assured, you’re not alone, and more importantly, there’s a solution.
Please join us for our May 15th Luncheon as together we learn effective solutions from Founder & CEO of Oper Hand, Mr. Steve Ross!
Steve Ross Founder & CEO, Oper Hand
A strategic, results-driven leader with over two decades of senior leadership in both bull and bear conditions with a depth of real-life experience in sales, operations, customer service, and marketing. Steve is the Founder & CEO of Oper Hand, a strategic advisory firm dedicated to helping startups and other high-growth businesses to transform and scale their organizations in the areas of Go-to-Market and operations. Additionally, Steve is a certified Catipult Rhythm Maker Coach, a True North Entrepreneurs Facilitator, and certified by the Association of Accredited Small Business Consultants® (AASBC®). A few examples of Steve’s success:
• As an executive on the Go-to-Market team at SaaS unicorn, Outreach.io Steve drove a critical function to scale the company 25X from $8M in Annual Recurring Revenue to over $200M and from around 100 employees to over 1500 in five years.
• As a senior executive leading inside sales, global customer service and field sales for Robbins Research International, a Tony Robbins Company, he helped double revenues and re-brand the customer service reputation of the 25-year-old business during the difficult years of the Great Recession.
• As a senior executive heading up Client Service and Field Operations at Marketration, an Advantage Sales & Marketing company, Steve helped 15x revenues from under $1M to over 15M in less than four years and transitioned the company through an acquisition.
Also Featured at our May 15th Luncheon;
Lynnwood Parks & Recreation Foundation
Our 2024 Lynnwood Par 4 Parks Golf Tournament is a fundraiser for the Lynnwood Parks & Recreation Foundation. We are delighted to introduce the new Interim Park, Recreation & Cultural Arts Director, Mr. Joel Faber, who will be providing details about just who the Foundation is raising funds for....and why our efforts on their behalf are so important.
Joel Faber has been working for the City of Lynnwood for the past 25 years and currently serves as the interim Park, Recreation, and Cultural Arts Director. During his tenure, he has been involved in various roles, including working with teens, organizing community special events, coordinating health and wellness classes, supervising customer service staff, and serving as the recreation superintendent. He was part of the team that closely collaborated with architects and contractors during the renovation of the Recreation Center. Joel is a proud father of three boys, one of whom is currently in the Air Force training academy. During his leisure time, he enjoys hiking with his wife and dog. Joel and his wife have set a goal to visit all the national parks in the United States.
