During his tenure\, he has been involved in various roles\, including working with teens\, organizing community special events\, coordinating health and wellness classes\, supervising customer service staff\, and serving as the recreation superintendent. He was part of the team that closely collaborated with architects and contractors during the renovation of the Recreation Center. Joel is a proud father of three boys\, one of whom is currently in the Air Force training academy. During his leisure time\, he enjoys hiking with his wife and dog.
