5 Secrets to Success & Life-Balance
You Built a Business. So Why Does It Feel Like the Business Owns You?
You started with a vision. Freedom. Income on your terms.
But somewhere along the way, you stopped running the business — and the business started running you.
What nobody tells you: Grinding harder won't fix this. Balance will.
Legendary coach John Wooden nailed it:
"Success is peace of mind — knowing you made the effort to become the best you are capable of becoming."
This kind of success comes from doing what only you can do — putting forth the right energy and serving.
In 15 focused minutes, you'll discover:
- Why you are the biggest bottleneck in your business — and the one shift that changes it
- How to stop measuring yourself against everyone else and start becoming what your business is truly capable of
- Why letting go of control isn't weakness — it's how you actually get the right things done
- How to hold the big vision and the daily details without burning out
- Why working on yourself first is the fastest business strategy you're not using This is a straight-talking session for small business owners who are done being busy — and ready to be effective, successful, and balanced.

Roy Gugliotta helps small business owners stop drowning in their own success — and start leading businesses that grow with purpose and leave room for a real life.
Done surviving your business? Come lead it — lead by your example.
Roy Gugliotta Bio
Roy’s professional career reflects 40 years of business development, managing businesses for success, and working with others. His goal was to get an MBA degree, own his own business, and help others to understand how to be successful. But his training came not in the classroom, but in learning how to build successful foundation for various types of businesses. A world renown author, naturalist, and client wrote, “Roy grew my business in a remarkable way. He knows how to make people’s dreams come to fruition by grounding their aspirations in the business world. What I like best about Roy is that his heart is in the right place; because of this, he is able to make wonderful things happen.”
As Roy continued his journey, he became the director of four chambers of commerce. He initiated turnarounds and restructured the chambers to focus on serving the business owner’s needs and the needs of the community. He implemented his mentor’s unique concept—the develop affinity groups within the community.
Eventually, Roy found his life purpose in sharing with business owners how to be successful today, how to bring balance back into their lives, and how to manage themselves for success and happiness.
