About Us

Our second restaurant in Washington state is located at The Village at Alderwood, one of Lynnwood's premier high-end destinations for shopping and dining. The restaurant features an open-air churrasco grill in the heart of the dining room where guests can watch gaucho chefs demonstrate the culinary art of churrasco as they butcher, prepare and grill different cuts of meat over an open flame.
