SUMMARY:Lynnwood Chamber Luncheon
DESCRIPTION:Come Join Us for Our\n\n2025/2026 BEST OF LYNNWOOD Networking Luncheon\n\n\n\nWinners in each category of our campaign will be announced\, LIVE!\n\nWe'll also be distributing\, HOT OFF THE PRESS\,\n\nthe new 2025/2026 BEST OF LYNNWOOD Magazine\, featuring ALL of our Finalists AND Award Recipients. \n\n\n\nLynnwood City Council President Nick Coelho\n\nwill be helping us hand out Awards!\n\nNick is Lynnwood's City Council President\, as well as an entrepreneur\, volunteer\, and parks advocate who has owned and operated Lynnwood's first Boardgame Cafe since 2013. He and his wife Layla live in the South Lynnwood neighborhood\, where they enjoy frequent strolls through the serene Scriber Lake Park.\n\nOriginally from Little Rock\, Arkansas\, Nick moved to the Pacific Northwest on the eve of the Great Recession. The region's natural splendor and its surprisingly friendly people convinced him to set down roots\, and within a few years he and his wife landed in Lynnwood alongside their new business.\n\nNick's public service prior to taking office is extensive. His experience includes terms on civic boards centered on transit\, infrastructure\, conservation\, housing\, and neighborhood reforms. He is most proud of his five and a half years on Lynnwood's Parks & Recreation Advisory Board\, where as Chair during the COVID Crisis he advocated for keeping our critical outdoor parks open to the public.\n\nWhen he isn't managing his business or engaged with city work\, Nick has a history of finding time to volunteer with the Lynnwood Foodbank\, Habitat for Humanity\, and conservation groups like the Friends of Scriber Lake. In the event that he's not doing any of that\, you will probably find him watching movies\, nerding out about geek pop -culture\, or cooking dinner with his wife.\n\nReserve your tickets TODAY!\n\n\nSponsored by
